The author portrays a gripping tale of personal sacrifice for the greater good as Irene embarks on her terrifying quest, guided by her unusual and endearing companions. Gently clocked in Christian ethos of trusting in God, the author has produced a fast moving but sensitive story involving peril, humour and perhaps a hope of romance?! A great read for teens and adults alike. I look forward to reading more from this talented author.
